Bob Arum's team has included real boxing legends for decades, but the greatest boxer in history, he believes, is still the performing Naoya Inoue (31-0, 27 KO).

Muhammad Ali, Manny Pacquiao, Marvin Hagler, Sugar Ray Leonard, George Foreman, Oscar De La Hoya, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Alexis Arguello, Roberto Duran, and Thomas Hearns have all collaborated with the Top Rank promotional organization at different times. And although these names are impressive, the promoter, who is confidently approaching his 100th anniversary (Arum is 94 years old), most values the Japanese 'Monster.'

'In my opinion, he is not only the best fighter in the P4P ranking but also the best boxer I've seen in sixty years of boxing. I've never seen anyone like him,' Arum stated.

Inoue was the world champion in the first flyweight, second flyweight, and lightweight categories and became the champion in the first featherweight category in July 2023. On December 27, he will defend all four championship belts. His opponent will be the undefeated David Picasso (32-0-1, 17 KO).
