WBA bantamweight champion Naoya Inoue (17-0, 15 KOs) nicknamed "Monster" knocked out in the first round the former world champion Juan Carlos Payano (20-2, 9 KOs), defended his title and went to the semi-final of the second World Boxing Super Series season. The outcome of the battle was decided by the the left and right straight hands landed exactly to the jaw. And Payano collapsed unconscious on his back. The time was 1:10.
