Mike Coppinger from Ring Magazine reports that the teams are putting the final touches on the deal. This news comes as fans get ready for big boxing events during Cinco de Mayo weekend, featuring stars like Canelo Alvarez, Ryan Garcia, and Naoya Inoue.

Usyk, now 38, has proven himself as a top heavyweight. He's beaten Tyson Fury twice and Anthony Joshua twice. But he knows he's near the end of his career and doesn't have many fights left.

The champion knocked out Dubois in their first fight last August. That match ended with some controversy. Now, Usyk's giving Dubois another shot, this time in Dubois' home country.

If Usyk wins, he'll probably face Joseph Parker next. Another possible future opponent is Agit Kabayel. Kabayel has a perfect 26-0 record and recently knocked out Zhilei Zhang in impressive fashion.

Meanwhile, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua might fight each other soon. Joshua's recent performances haven't been great, but both fighters still draw big crowds.
