Derek Chisora's 50th Fight Plan Sparks Concern From Carl Froch: "Don't Do It"

Chisora just won his 49th fight against Otto Wallin. He beat Wallin on points, which was impressive because Wallin has fought big names like Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua before. This win has put Chisora in a good position for his next fight.

Carl Froch, a former boxer who now gives advice and comments on boxing, thinks Chisora should be careful about who he picks for his 50th fight. Froch doesn't want Chisora to fight Anthony Joshua, also known as AJ.

On his show "Froch on Fighting," Carl explained why he thinks fighting AJ would be a bad idea for Chisora:

"If he went in with Chisora it would just be a punchbag night for AJ and Chisora could do without AJ who punches him hard smashing him on the head for even two or three rounds let alone 12 if it went that long."

Froch worries that AJ's strong punches, fitness, and experience at the top level could be too much for Chisora. He thinks Chisora might end up taking a lot of hard hits without being able to do much back.

Chisora has had a long career with ups and downs. He's lost to big names like Tyson Fury, Dillian Whyte, David Haye, and Vitali Klitschko. But he's also beaten tough fighters like Joe Joyce and Kubrat Pulev. Now, at the end of his career, he's doing really well again.

Right now, Chisora is the top contender for the IBF heavyweight title. Daniel Dubois holds that title and will defend it against Joseph Parker later this month. Martin Bakole and Efe Ajagba will fight in May to see who becomes the number one contender after that.

At first, Chisora thought about having his 50th and last fight in another country. But after getting such a good reaction from fans in Manchester, he's now thinking about fighting at Wembley Stadium.

Chisora has always been known for bringing excitement to his fights. He's a big personality and fans love him for it. No matter who he picks for his 50th fight, it's sure to be an event that boxing fans will want to see.
