Pereira dreams of a fight with Usyk: "I love boxing"

UFC light heavyweight champion Brazilian Alex Pereira announced his intention to fight undefeated Ukrainian boxer, WBA, WBC and WBO heavyweight titleholder Oleksandr Usyk.

"I'm a champion. I want to fight a champion. So Oleksandr Usyk... I think it would be a great fight. I love boxing. Some people say, "Oh, if it was clean boxing, he would lose." When you talk about clean boxing, I feel great. I think I could fight these guys. I've already sparred with experienced fighters," MMA Fighting quoted Pereira as saying.

Recall that on March 8 in the main event of UFC 313 in Las Vegas, USA, Pereira will meet Magomed Ankalaev.
