Mike Tyson's Slap on Jake Paul Leaves James Toney Unfazed: "That's Just Mike Being..."

Tyson and Paul are set to face off this weekend in an 8-round match that's got everyone talking. The fight pairs up "Iron Mike," who retired back in 2005, with the 27-year-old Paul, who's won 10 out of his 11 fights so far.

At the weigh-in, Tyson suddenly slapped Paul. He later explained to the New York Post why he did it:

"I was in my socks and he had on shoes. He stepped on my toe because he is a f–king a–hole. I wanted to think it happened by accident. But now I think it may have happened on purpose. I was in a lot of pain. I had to reciprocate."

Former champion James Toney wasn't impressed by the slap. He told Mill City Boxing, "That was a tap." Toney thinks the slap was just a tiny bit of what Tyson can do.

Toney doesn't see the fight lasting long. He said, "This fight isn't going the distance. The only way it goes the distance is if they agree upon it." He even thinks Paul might have asked Tyson to take it easy on him, saying, "Please go easy on me Mike' – f**k all that."

The big event will happen at AT&T; Stadium in Texas. Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano will also fight that night. Plus, Mario Barrios will defend his WBC Welterweight World Title against Abel Ramos.

Some people in boxing think the main event might end up being more like an exhibition match. But with Tyson already showing his tough side, who knows what will happen when the bell rings?
