Hrgovic is about to be sued over the announcement of the Usyk-Fury fight

Team Filip Hrgovic, the mandatory challenger for the IBF world heavyweight champion belt, which he owns Alexander Usik, has already responded to the news that the Ukrainian has signed a contract for a fight with Tyson Fury. Hrgovic does not agree with this state of affairs and is already consulting on the lawsuit.

“We are consulting about the lawsuit because we have just been waiting for the mandatory title defense since the fight against Zhang last August...” said Hrgovic’s promoter Nisse Sauerland.

The functionary also added that his ward is sitting and simply waiting, losing earnings at the peak of his career.
