Terence Crawford and Canelo Alvarez are set to face off in a big super-middleweight fight. The two champions will meet on Saturday, September 13, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Canelo's undisputed 168lbs championship on the line.

Crawford, nicknamed "Bud," hails from Omaha, Nebraska. At 37 years old, he's moving up in weight for this bout. He's spent most of his career at welterweight, with just one fight at super-welterweight. If he wins, Crawford will make history as the first male fighter to become undisputed champion in three different weight classes.

Canelo, the Mexican boxing icon, has a lot of experience under his belt. He's fought 68 times as a pro, losing only twice - once to Floyd Mayweather and once to Dmitry Bivol. You can check out Canelo's full record online.

Crawford shared his thoughts about Canelo on The G.O.A.T.S Podcast. He said:

"Canelo got a great resume, I'm not going to take it away from him. He's fought a lot of great champions but at the age that he fought them in, they was already on a decline, some of them, and when he didn't you see what happened, he fought Lara and I thought Lara beat him, he fought Mayweather, you see what happened? He fought Bivol when he went up and tried to be great like I'm doing and he came up short, when he fought my boy from Texas they gave him problems but it is what it is, I got the style, I got the skills, I got the heart and I'm not going to sit around and play no games with Canelo because he's not going to play no games with me."

Crawford brought up Canelo's fight with Erislandy Lara back in July 2014. That 12-round bout was a tough one to judge. Lara, a slick Cuban boxer, used movement and landed clean jabs while avoiding exchanges. Canelo was more aggressive, going to the body and pressing the action. In the end, Canelo won by split decision, but many fans and experts weren't sure who really deserved the victory.

Crawford feels confident about his chances against Canelo. He believes he's got the right style, skills, and heart to compete with the Mexican star. The fight promises to be an exciting clash between two of boxing's best, with a lot on the line for both men.
