Roy Jones Jr's Candid Take on Pacquiao's Return: "Father Time Is Undefeated"

Pacquiao, now 46 years old, retired in 2021 after losing to Yordenis Ugas. It was his eighth career defeat. Now, he's got a chance to break his own record. If he wins, he'll become the oldest world welterweight champion ever, beating the mark he set in 2019 against Keith Thurman.

Roy Jones Jr., a retired four-weight world champion, thinks Pacquiao will win if he can go the distance. Jones shared his thoughts on the "Ring Champs with Ak & Barak" show.

"Honestly speaking, nowadays with how things go and with Manny being who Manny is, if Manny can get to 12 rounds, Manny's gonna win the fight."

Jones believes boxing politics will favor Pacquiao. He also points to Pacquiao's high punch output and willingness to throw combinations. But he's worried about how Pacquiao's legs will hold up.

Pacquiao's known for throwing lots of punches. Barrios might have a shot if he can hurt Pacquiao early and stop him before the final bell.

The fight will show us just how much Pacquiao has left in the tank. Can the Filipino legend recapture his old magic? We'll find out tomorrow night in Vegas.
