Pacquiao's return to professional boxing has caught the attention of fans and experts alike. The Filipino boxing legend, known as "Pacman," will make decisions about his future after the Barrios fight. Potential matchups with Ryan Garcia, Devin Haney, or Gervonta Davis could be on the horizon.

Speculation about a possible fight between Pacquiao and undefeated Gervonta "Tank" Davis has started to circulate. Jeff Mayweather, uncle of Floyd Mayweather and a former boxer himself, shared his thoughts on this potential matchup.

"What weight are they going to fight at? I think that's going to influence a lot. Isn't Pacquiao going to fight Barrios at 147 pounds or something like that?"

Mayweather pointed out that Davis has never fought above super lightweight, which could be a significant factor in the matchup.

Initially, many would have favored Davis due to his youth and fitness. However, Davis's recent performance against Lamont Roach Jr. in March, which ended in a majority draw, has changed some perspectives.

"I think most would have thought that Pacquiao would have no chance, if it wasn't for that bad performance by Tank. After that fight, believe me, there will be a lot of people who will say that Manny Pacquiao has a chance,"
Mayweather added.

The 16-year age gap between Pacquiao and Davis adds another layer of intrigue to the potential matchup. Pacquiao's extensive experience on the big stage could play a crucial role if the fight materializes.

As Pacquiao prepares for his comeback against Barrios, the boxing world watches with keen interest. The Filipino icon's willingness to face top current boxers at his age has become a hot topic in the boxing community. Fans eagerly await July 19 to see if Pacquiao can reclaim his former glory in the ring.
