Manny Pacquiao Weighs In On LeBron James' Legacy: "He's Not Even Close To..."

Pacquiao, who's got a strong love for basketball and knows a thing or two about sports success, made his opinion clear. "The best is Michael Jordan, forever," he said. The Filipino fighter thinks Jordan's impact on basketball and his unique style of play put him above the rest.

Jordan's resume backs up Pacquiao's choice. He won six NBA championships with the Chicago Bulls, grabbed five MVP awards, and bagged two Olympic gold medals. His legacy is still going strong, even though he hung up his sneakers over 20 years ago.

Pacquiao's own sports career gives weight to his opinion. He's got a 62-8-2 record with 39 knockouts. At 46, he's still thinking about getting back in the ring, which puts him in a select group of world champion boxers over 40.

"Because boxing is my passion,"
Pacquiao said about his potential comeback. He's not after money or fame - he just wants to keep doing what he loves. During his time away from the sport, he couldn't get boxing off his mind for four years.

If Pacquiao does return, he might face Mario Barrios, who's got a 29-2-1 record. The World Boxing Council (WBC) welterweight world title could be up for grabs in that fight.

So, while Pacquiao's getting ready for a possible return to the ring, he's made his stance clear in the basketball world - for him, Michael Jordan will always be the greatest.
