Sebastian Fundora's Title Fight Payday Revealed: "It's Life-Changing Money"

Fundora holds both belts right now. He's been on a roll, winning most of his fights. But he did lose once when Brian Mendoza knocked him out. That setback didn't slow him down though. He bounced back and kept winning, putting himself in a great spot.

Booker wants to change all that. He's won his last six fights in a row. His only loss came back in 2022 when Austin Williams knocked him out. But Booker showed he's still got it in June when he beat Brian Damian Chaves by technical knockout.

There's a lot of money on the line for both fighters. Fundora has been earning big paydays lately. When he fought Tim Tszyu in March, he took home $3 million, including his share of pay-per-view sales. Before that, he made $400,000 each for his fights with Brian Mendoza and Carlos Ocampo.

Booker's guaranteed to make $275,000 for this fight. But if the pay-per-view does well, he could earn up to $700,000. That's a nice chunk of change for the challenger.

Sampson Boxing has the pay-per-view rights for the fight. They'll be hoping for big sales to make the most of this unification bout.

Both fighters have a lot to gain - and lose - in this match. Fundora wants to keep his titles and stay on top. Booker's looking to upset the champ and grab those belts for himself. It's shaping up to be an exciting fight with high stakes for both men.
