Mike Tyson Reveals The One Fighter He'd Never Face: "He's Untouchable"

Mike Tyson, the former heavyweight champion, has named David Benavidez as the only fighter he'd be afraid to face. Tyson shared his thoughts in a recent interview with ESNEWS, praising Benavidez's skills and dominance in ...

Tyson, who's almost 60 years old now, is known for his fearlessness in the ring. He became the youngest ever world heavyweight champion at just 20 and held three belts as the undisputed champion from 1987 to 1990. During his career, he fought big names like Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, Michael Spinks, and Larry Holmes.

In the interview, Tyson didn't hold back his admiration for Benavidez. He said:

"He's so underrated but so over-polarised here. Listen, I'd be afraid to fight him too if I was in that division. No one even has a chance against him, and I'm talking facts."

Benavidez, nicknamed the "Mexican Monster," has an impressive record of 29 fights with 24 knockouts. He's known for his high work rate and is seen as a dominant force in his weight class. In his last fight, he moved up to light-heavyweight and beat Oleksandr Gvozdyk. Now, he's got his sights set on super-middleweight champion Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez.

While Tyson is praising Benavidez, he's also getting ready for his own fight. He's in training camp for a bout against Jake Paul, set to happen at AT&T; Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The fight will be shown live on Netflix.

Paul, an American YouTuber turned boxer, has had 11 fights so far with only one loss. He's managed to knock out quite a few opponents, but he's still new to the sport compared to Tyson.

A lot of people are worried about how this fight might go, given the big age gap between Tyson and Paul. Meanwhile, Canelo Alvarez, who Benavidez wants to fight, is getting ready to defend his super-middleweight titles against Edgar Berlanga.
