Anthony Joshua has picked Muhammad Ali as the heavyweight boxer who would beat everyone else. The British fighter made this choice while getting ready for his big fight against Daniel Dubois on September 21, 2024.

Joshua played a game called "winner stays on" with DAZN Boxing. He had to choose which heavyweight would win against all others, including today's champions and boxing legends. His pick? Muhammad Ali.

This game comes at an important time for Joshua. He's gearing up for a chance to become a three-time world champion when he faces Dubois for the IBF title. Joshua's career has seen many ups and downs. He first won a world title in 2016 and made successful defenses against tough opponents like Dominic Breazeale and Alexandr Povetkin.

Joshua also unified titles by beating Wladimir Klitschko and Joseph Parker. But he's faced setbacks too. He lost his belts to Andy Ruiz Jr in 2019, though he won them back in a rematch. Then he lost twice to Oleksandr Usyk, with the second fight going the same way as the first.

Recently, Joshua has bounced back with wins over Jermaine Franklin, Otto Wallin, Robert Helenius, and Francis Ngannou. Now, he's set his sights on Dubois and another world title.

In the DAZN game, Joshua considered many great fighters. The list included himself, Dubois, Tyson Fury, Usyk, Mike Tyson, George Foreman, Joe Frazier, and the Klitschko brothers. But he chose Ali over all of them.

Ali's career explains why Joshua might have picked him. Known as "The Greatest," Ali won gold at the 1960 Rome Olympics. He then had an amazing 61-fight pro career. He beat legends like Sonny Liston, George Foreman, and Joe Frazier. Ali was more than just a boxer - he made a big impact on history and politics too.

DAZN Boxing shared Joshua's pick on Twitter, asking fans if they agreed that Ali would come out on top.

Joshua's fight with Dubois will be part of a big event called the #RiyadhSeasonCard. Fans can follow updates about the #JoshuaDubois fight on social media.
