American mixed martial arts titleholder Daniel Cormier shared his thoughts on the looming fight between UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones and former titleholder Stipe Miocic.
"The most significant fight in the UFC is Jon Jones fighting Tom Aspinall. I don't think Jones should even fight Miocicic. I love Stipe, he's a great guy and fighter, but at this age and after such a break, and even after losing his last fight by muffled knockout, to go for a title shot with Jones? Are you sure that makes sense? Can Stipe still compete at this level? That's the question," MMA Junkie quoted Cormier as saying.
