You all miss the golden era when everyone fought everyone, but back then ALL the great fighters had defeats, they were stopped (Duran gave up the fight in the middle of the fight, does he suck?) Thanks to both fighters for making this a great night," wrote Plante in his social networks.
Recall, Haney lost to Garcia by majority decision of the judges, having been knocked down several times over the course of the fight. At the same time, Devin retained the championship belt, because Garcia failed the weigh-in before the fight.
