Charlo on Canelo's defeat: “It feels like it wasn’t me in the ring today”

Jermell Charlo, the absolute world champion in the first middleweight, commented on the defeat in the fight with Saul Alvarez.

“I have a feeling that it wasn’t me who was in the ring today. I'm not making excuses. I never do this when I lose and when I win. I am undeniable in my weight, but I dared to become great. IM proud of myself. Alvarez didn’t knock me out, but he knocked out all the other guys.”

Recall that Charlo lost to Canelo by unanimous decision.
