Khabib Nurmagomedov, a former UFC lightweight champion, named the opponent, the victory over which allowed him to reach a new, higher level.

“I fought a 29-year-old guy, ranked 14th. He had 17 UFC fights and was one of the best at the time, Gleison Tibau. It was a very tough fight for me, I won by unanimous decision and this fight took me to a new level.
