Marcos Maidana, a former world champion, made an unexpected announcement. During a recent interview, Maidan said that in his native Argentina, Vladimir Lenin is not considered a bloody dictator, but a liberator.
“People in Argentina are interested in history, but not specifically about Vladimir Lenin. We walked along Red Square and decided to go to the mausoleum. Lenin in Argentina is considered a liberator,” said the Argentinean.
Recall that Maidan had his last fight in September 2014, losing by unanimous decision to Floyd Mayweather.
