Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford will face off in a big boxing match next month. The two champions will meet on September 13 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Crawford is moving up two weight classes for this fight, giving Alvarez a size advantage. But Crawford has bulked up well in preparation. Alvarez hasn't been as dominant since losing to Dmitry Bivol in 2022.

Both fighters are taking their training very seriously. They're not just sticking to weight training and sparring. Crawford has been pushing his limits with some extreme training. On Saturday, he went shadow-boxing in the cold weather of the Colorado Springs mountains. He shared this on his Instagram stories.

Crawford has also been training with Carlito Mejia Garibo, an up-and-coming boxer from his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.

Alvarez has his own extreme training methods. He often plunges into ice tubs in very cold climates.

It's clear both boxers know exactly what their bodies need for this fight. They're doing everything they can to be in top shape when they step into the ring in Las Vegas.

The match is set to be a huge event. It brings together two of the best pound-for-pound fighters of the past decade. Boxing fans are in for a treat when these two champions clash at Allegiant Stadium.
