Covington speaks out about fight with McGregor

Colby Covington, a contender for the UFC welterweight belt, spoke about a possible fight with the former champion of the organization in two divisions Conor McGregor. Colby called the Irishman a great fighter and history maker.

“Conor is the best showman and the best businessman. I like what he did. I hope I can meet him someday, maybe after I deal with Leon "Scissorhands" Edwards from the UK and win this title. I have nothing but respect and admiration for Conor...,” Covington added.

McGregor's next opponent will be Michael Chandler.
