According to ESPN's Mark Raimondi, citing Andy Foster of the California State Athletic Commission, doping tests conducted before Mike Tyson's show fight with Roy Jones Jr. were negative.

Before the November duel, Tyson and Jones were tested by the VADA agency for prohibited substances, with the exception of marijuana, of which Iron Mike is a breeder and devoted consumer.

The confrontation of the boxing legends officially ended as a draw, although Mike Tyson showed himself much better in the ring, having already announced the next exhibition fights.
