Manny Pacquiao (62-8-3, 39 KO) has climbed to the top of the WBC rankings in the welterweight division. In July, the Filipino returned to boxing after a four-year break and drew with Mario Barrios, the reigning champion of the World Boxing Council in the weight category up to 66 kg.
Pacquiao has already announced his next fight in December. He may have a rematch with Barrios, which will give the Filipino another chance to win the title.
Pacquiao is the only champion in boxing history in eight weight categories. Following him in the WBC rankings are Souleyman Sisoko, Raul Curiel, and Conor Benn.
