Joshua-Ruiz contract officially signed?

The contract for the fight of Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KOs) and Andy Ruiz (32-1, 21 KOs) is officially signed. This was reported by the promoters of the boxers.

The fight will take place in New York at Madison Square Garden on June 1 - the same date that Joshua was to meet Jarrell Miller (23-0-1, 20 KOs). Miller was disqualified due to the use of doping. Thus, Ruiz will hold the second fight from April 20 (in 41 days).

The contenders for a meeting with Joshua also were Luis Ortiz, Michael Hunter and Manuel Charr.
