Member of the International Boxing Hall of Fame Vitali Klitschko claimed responsibility for the defeat of his brother Wladimir to Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KOs). Vitali was in Wladimir’s corner that night.

“Joshua boxed with many, but did not show a serious result. The only one who knocked him down was Wladimir. He was half a step to the victory. I told him not to hurry that the knockout would come. I did not expect that a boxer with such muscles could be in good shape in the second half of the fight. Therefore, I believe that the loss of Wladimir is my mistake,” Vitali said.
