Tony Bellew says a fight between Moses Itauma and Oleksandr Usyk wouldn't be good for the young heavyweight.

Usyk has done it all in boxing. He's been undisputed cruiserweight champion and two-time undisputed heavyweight champion. The Ukrainian has beaten Anthony Joshua twice, Tyson Fury, and Daniel Dubois. Many think he can't be beaten.

On the other hand, Itauma is just starting out. The 20-year-old has won all 12 of his fights so far. He's looked good, knocking out his last three opponents in the first two rounds. Those wins came against Mariusz Wach, Dempsey McKean, and Mike Balogun. Both Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk think Itauma could be a future star.

But Bellew doesn't think Itauma is ready for Usyk yet. He told Sporting Talk:

"I think that's a dreadful fight for Moses Itauma, the boy's not been past six rounds, I don't think."

Bellew thinks Itauma needs more time to develop. He wants the young fighter to learn his trade like other boxers do.

Itauma will get a chance to prove himself soon. He's set to fight Dillian Whyte in August. Whyte has fought for a world title before and has been in the ring with big names like Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, and Derek Chisora. If Itauma wins, it'll show he might be ready for bigger challenges.
