CompuBox Stat Leaders at Cruiser

Yunier Dorticos, who meets Murat Gassiev in a highly anticipated WBSS cruiserweight semi-final, landed 26.5 punches per round in his KO win over Dmitry Kudryashov. Dorticos threw 75 punches per round (20 more than the CompuBox average) and landed 35%.

Dorticos featured a balanced attack, landing 9.5 jabs per round (double the CompuBox average) and 17 power shots per round (52.3%). Gassiev made his punches count in his knockout win over Krysztof Wlodarczyk, throwing just 35.7 per round. Wlodarczyk landed just 4 punches in 8 minutes of fighting.

Oleksandr Usyk, who meets Mairis Briedis in the other WBSS cruiserweight semi-final, averaged 75.8 punches thrown per round in his KO win over Marco Huck. Usyk landed 6.7 jabs per round and limited Huck to a connect percentage of just 12.9%.

Briedis averaged just 45.8 punches thrown per round, but landed 38.6% of his power shots in hi decision win over Mike Perez.
