Gvozdyk: I want Lomachenko to fight Rigondeaux

Undefeated Ukrainian light heavyweight Alexander Gvozdyk (13-0, 11 KOs) said that he liked Vasily Lomachenko's performance (9-1, 7 KOs) in a fight against Miguel Marriaga (25-3, 21 KOs), and also made predictions for Mayweather's fight versus McGregor and Golovkin vs Alvarez.

"Lomachenko was very good in the battle with Marriaga, as always. We saw how he worked as on the punching bag and that's it. It's always difficult to make a show with a guy who does not want to fight, but just survive. Lomachenko did everything possible to make the fight interesting.

“I would really like to finally see his fight against Rigondeaux. For me, his fight against Salido is not interesting, because I do not see any options for the Mexican. Now Lomachenko is another boxer and another person.

“Mayweather vs McGregor? My prediction is that the American will vin. It's just that Mayweather promised that after the end of his career he will become an actor, so Floyd has already made a step toward. It's just a show and just entertainment. But at the same time I want to watch this fight. Yes, I know it's a joke, but I want to see this fight.

“Golovkin vs Alvarez? I think that everything depends on the form in which Golovkin will be. In any case, I'm betting on him," said Gvozdyk.

Gvozdik will fight September 19 on the undercard of Crawford vs Indongo. Also at this evening Nicholas Walters will return in the ring after the defeat from Lomachenko.
