Olympic champion Evgeny Tishchenko (8-1, 6 KOs) and Dmitry "Russian Sledgehammer" Kudryashov (24-4, 23 KOs) were officially weighed in before their fight for the WBC International Heavyweight title which will take place on September 11 in Ekaterinburg as part of the RCC Boxing Promotions boxing evening. Tishchenko weighed 90.65 kg, Kudryashov - 90.7 kg.
Fighters of boxing night in Cleveland, USA, at Rocket Mortage Fieldhouse Arena, participated in a ceremonial weigh-in. In the evening's main event, which will be televised in the U.S. on Showtime's pay-per-view, Jake "Problem Child" Paul (3-0, 3 KOs) will face pro debutant and UFC star Tyron Woodley in an eight-round boxing bout.
Manny Pacquiao (62-7-2, 39 KOs) and Yordenis Ugas (26-4, 12 KOs) made it to the welterweight limit at the official weigh-in ceremony before Saturday's boxing night in Las Vegas. Pacquiao was 146 pounds and Ugas was 147 pounds. The opponents will be boxing for the WBA super title. Pacquiao returns to the ring after more than a two-year layoff, and if he defeats Ugas he will become the oldest welterweight champion in the history of professional boxing, breaking his own record.
Jermell Charlo (34-1, 18 KOs) and Brian Castano (17-0-1, 12 KOs) hit the middleweight limit at the official weigh-in in San Antonio. Fighters will compete for WBA, WBO, WBC and IBF championship belts. Charlo was 153, Castano - 153.25.
Floyd Mayweather Jr., 44, and Logan Paul, 26, met each other at the official weigh-in ceremony ahead of their 8-round bout at Miami's Hard Rock Stadium. Their meeting will not be included in their official records and only a knockout can determine the winner.
On April 30, the official weigh-in took place on the eve of the boxing night at Carson, Dignity Heals, USA, in which Andy Ruiz Jr. (33-2, 22 KOs) will face Chris Arreola (38-6-1, 32 KOs).
Tim Tszyu (17-0, 13 KOs) and Dennis Hogan (28-3-1, 7 KOs) made the light middleweight limit at the official weigh-in ceremony in Newcastle, Australia. Tszyu was 152¾, while Hogan was 153 pounds. At stake in their fight there will be the WBO Global belt.
On February 12, the official weigh-in procedure took place on the eve of the boxing night, the venue of which will be London, Wembley Arena, Great Britain, in which Josh Warrington (30-0, 7 KOs) and Mauricio Lara (21-2, 14 KOs) will meet in the 10-round fight.
