Pereira knows he could lose to Hill

Alex Pereira, UFC light heavyweight champion, spoke out about his upcoming fight with Jamal Hill during the press conference prior to UFC 300. The Brazilian did not rule out defeat, but also stated that he is determined to fight and win.

"I couldn't defend the middleweight title, but that's my job and I tried to fulfill it as best as possible. I tried to defend the belt but I lost, I'm not the first person it happened to. My mentality has changed since then, now I look at things very realistically. I know that I can lose, but I am determined to fight and win," - said the fighter.

Recall, the confrontation between Pereira and Hill will headline the 300th anniversary UFC tournament, which will be held on the night from April 13 to 14 in Las Vegas.
