Jamal Hill, former UFC bantamweight champion, has spoken out about his next opponent, the organization's current champion in the division, Alex Pereira. Jamal believes that Alex was losing to Jiri Prochazka at the time of the fight's stoppage.
"Yes, Pereira won the fights he won. I believe he won against Jan, but not clearly. It was a split decision. As for the fight with Jiri, I think he was stopped too early. And he was losing at the time of the stoppage," Hill said in an interview with Kevin Ayoola.
The bout between Pereira and Hill will headline the UFC's 300th anniversary event, which takes place on the night of April 13-14 in Las Vegas.
