“Itauma is an exceptional talent. He is unique; that's the most appropriate word. Unique,” emphasized Hearn in a recent interview. In his opinion, it is already necessary to find heavyweights who can compete with the 20-year-old Brit in the next three to four years.

Matchroom Boxing promoter is confident that such fighters could be Australian Teremoana Teremoana (9–0, 9 KOs) and young Brit Leo Atang (4–0, 4 KOs). “I have two who, I think, can really do it,” noted Hearn.

The promoter places particular hopes on Teremoana: “One of them will be on the same level as Itauma in 6–12 months, that's Teremoana.” The Australian is already demonstrating outstanding knockout power and solid amateur experience, including the 2024 Olympics quarterfinals and gold at the 2023 Pacific Games.

According to Hearn, Leo Atang will need a little more time to develop. “We need more time, Atang is only 18,” explained the promoter. However, he does not hide his ambitions: “I am sure if Leo is going to fight for the world heavyweight champion title, he will fight against Moses.”

Atang is already considered one of the most promising young heavyweights on the planet: a five-time British amateur champion, winner of the U-20 Youth World Championship, and in professional boxing, all his matches end early.
