Derek Chisora Drops Bombshell Opinion on Prime David Haye vs Usyk: "It's Not Even Close"

Chisora, also known as 'Del Boy', has had a long career with 49 professional fights. He's coming off a string of wins, having beaten Otto Wallin, Joe Joyce, and Gerald Washington on points. Despite these victories, world title glory has eluded him. He lost to Tyson Fury in 2022 and went the distance with Vitali Klitschko back in 2012, losing on points after 12 rounds.

Chisora and Haye have a complicated history. They were once bitter rivals, even exchanging punches at a press conference. Their fight in 2012 ended with Chisora stopped in five rounds. Since then, they've made up, with Haye even managing Chisora for a while.

Usyk fought Chisora after moving up to heavyweight. Although Chisora lost, he gave Usyk one of his toughest fights in the division.

In a recent interview with TNT Sports Boxing, Chisora was asked who would win between a peak Haye and Usyk at cruiserweight. His answer? David Haye.

This is high praise from Chisora, considering Usyk's skills and achievements. Usyk dominated the cruiserweight division before moving up to heavyweight, where he's on the verge of becoming a two-time undisputed champion.

Both Haye and Usyk have fought Tony Bellew. Bellew beat an injured Haye twice at heavyweight, but Usyk knocked him out at cruiserweight.

Right now, Usyk is getting ready for a rematch with Daniel Dubois in July. If he wins, he could become a two-time undisputed heavyweight champion.

As for Chisora, he's currently the IBF's top challenger and hopes for one more shot at a world title.
