According to Frank Warren, 60 thousand tickets were sold in the first 24 hours for the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KO) and Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KO). The fight will take place on July 19 and will be the main event of the boxing evening organized at Wembley Stadium.

Oleksandr Usyk, currently the holder of the WBA, WBO, and WBC championship belts, and Daniel Dubois, the holder of the IBF belt, first crossed gloves in August 2023 in Wroclaw, Poland. The Ukrainian won by knockout in the ninth round.

Recently, the IBF mandated Dubois to conduct a mandatory title defense against Derek Chisora, but he was allowed to postpone the fight with the official challenger in favor of an unification bout.

The event will be broadcast on the DAZN streaming service. For the Ukrainian, this will be one of the last fights in his professional career. Dubois will box for the first time after last year’s victory over Anthony Joshua.
