Dubois won the IBF belt in September with a knockout victory over Anthony Joshua within five rounds. He's on a roll, having stopped Fillip Hrgovic in June and Jarrell Miller in the dying seconds of the 10th round. This fight against Parker will be his second title defense.
Parker, a former WBO champion, is also in great form. He recently beat Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang on points, showing he's back at the top of his game.
In an interview with And Still Boxing, Hearn shared his thoughts on the fight:
"I think he wins the fight. I'm kind of like Joseph's unofficial promoter. He's a mate of mine and I love him. I think he's gonna win. I do. I think he's got the style to beat Dubois."
Hearn warned Dubois not to get carried away after his big win over Joshua. He advised Parker to keep working hard and chip away at his opponent.
The Parker-Dubois fight is part of a big boxing event in Saudi Arabia. The main event is a rematch between Artur Beterbiev and Dmitry Bivol for the undisputed light heavyweight title. Their first fight in October was a close one.
Both fighters have been talking tough in the lead-up to the fight. It's shaping up to be an exciting clash between two heavyweights at the top of their game.
