Strickland responded to the announcement of the fight with Du Plessis: “UFC, are you kidding me?”

Sean Strickland, UFC middleweight champion, responded to the announcement of his fight with Dricus Du Plessis. In particular, Sean was outraged that the fight would take place in Canada.

“Why Canada?! GSP (Georges St. Pierre - note), did you start this shit, dude?! No guns, no free speech... UFC, you have got to be kidding me?!?!,” Strickland said.
