Lewis plans to finish Almeida in the first round

Derrick Lewis, number ten in the UFC heavyweight rankings, gave a forecast for his upcoming fight with Gilton Almeida, which is based on ninth place in this ranking. Derrick expressed confidence that he will be able to finish his opponent at the beginning of the first round

“If we compare our skills, then I have a very good chance of winning, especially on the ground. I think I can catch him in a lightlock early in the first round,” Lewis said.

Let us remind you that the confrontation between Lewis and Almeida will take place on November 5 in Sao Paulo as part of the main event UFC Fight Night 231.
