Holyfield reacts to Fury's controversial victory over Ngannou

Former world champion in two divisions Evander Holyfield praised the MMA star Francis Ngannou for the fight against Tyson Fury, however, said that the British boxer deserved to win.

“It was a very good fight. I actually didn’t think Ngannou would be that good. This guy turned out to be much better than I thought. Ngannou hit Fury well in the temple. It was an interesting, very good fight.

Fury did enough to win. He still outboxed Ngannou, but I didn’t think Francis could be that good. He performed much better than I expected. Ngannou actually fought a very good fight. I never would have thought that he would box so well. And he has a good jab. He jabbed well with his left hand, and then he changed his stance and still had a great jab,” Holyfield said in an interview with the YouTube channel Fight Hub TV.
