Last Saturday in the semi-final of the World Boxing Super Series Oleksandr Usyk (14-0, 11 KOs) got the majority decision win over Mairis Briedis (23-1, 18 KOs) at the Riga Arena. Thus, the Ukrainian defended his WBO title in the cruiserweight division, added WBC belt, and became the first finalist of the WBSS.
