WBA regular middleweight champion Rob Brunt (24-1, 16 KOs) will hold the first title defense on February 15, 2019. His opponent will be 21-year-old Khasan Baysangurov (17-0, 7 KOs). Brant vs Baysangurov will headline the professional boxing event in Hinckley, Minnesota, where Brant has had 11 fights.
Ramil Gadzhyiev (7-1-1, 4 KOs) will meet the Mexican Bruno Sandoval (20-2-1, 16 KOs) in the main event of the evening at the Kiev Sports Palace in the framework of the tournament from BoomBox Promotions and Sparta Boxing Promotions. The WBC international super-middleweight title will be at stake of the meeting.
