Ngannou Questions Tom Aspinall’s UFC Future as Heavyweight Landscape Shifts

Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou is not convinced current titleholder Tom Aspinall will remain with the promotion.

“When I look at Tom Aspinall’s situation, I wonder whether he’s even going to keep fighting. I see a guy who is standing his ground, making his moves, and working with Eddie Hearn. UFC won’t like that, but it will be good for him personally. He has started to understand his value, and Eddie Hearn understands business,” the Cameroonian heavyweight said in an interview with Ariel Helwani.
