$5-10 million per fight: Covington reveals Makhachev and Topuria's purses

Former UFC welterweight title challenger Colby Covington disclosed the fight purses of two promotion champions, Islam Makhachev and Ilia Topuria.

"Makhachev and Topuria are getting such big purses that they will never go against the UFC. They are paid very well. They make $5-10 million per fight. That’s close to the numbers paid in boxing," the American said while speaking with blogger Rangesh Mutama, known as N3on.
