"It was a very emotional evening. I've had a lot of things going on in the last two or three years that I haven't shared with anybody. I've kind of kept it to myself and I've just had a lot going on. It was very humbling to go into the octagon and lose that way (with a painful hold), even though I was proud of my jiu-jitsu, my wrestling."
