Prochazka shared his impressions of the long meditation session

Jiri Prochazka, former UFC light heavyweight champion, shared his experiences with a three-day meditation session in a darkened room.

"It was great! Three and a half days, alone with yourself, drinking only water. You keep practicing, but all the time you spend just with yourself and overcoming the fears you have. When the lights go out, you realize you have a sense like touch. In this environment, I did shadow combat, did breathing exercises and visualized my ideas. It's a lot easier to do than you think," Prochazka was quoted as saying by BJ Penn.
