UFC CEO Dana White commented on Ikram Aliskerov's early loss to Robert Whittaker.
"I always say we build businesses around opportunities. Ikram jumped at the chance, but he didn't succeed. I wasn't surprised that Aliskerov was knocked out so quickly. That's not to say that Aliskerov doesn't have the talent to be a top fighter. He's never fought in such a high-profile fight before. He just doesn't have the experience yet. I think he felt it himself. Now the defeat is behind him. Let him return to the gym, he has something to work on," - said White at a press conference.
Recall, Whittaker finished Aliskerov already in the first round.
