Aspinall isn't fixated on the fight with Jones

Tom Aspinall, interim UFC heavyweight champion, has spoken out about a possible bout with the promotion's featherweight champion Jon Jones.

"Of course I'd like to do a fight with Jones. I've been advocating it for a long time. However, I don't know if we'll ever meet in the octagon. But I'm not really concerned about that. I'm here to create my own legacy. I aspire to be great. And I don't need Jon Jones to achieve that. If we do get the fight, it'll be great. I really think I can beat him. But right now, to be honest, I'm not focused on that. I'm just thinking about Curtis Blades," Aspinall said on the MMA Junkie YouTube channel.
