White is pleased with the replacement of Chimaev with Aliskerov

UFC CEO Dana White commented on the replacement of Hamzat Chimaev with Ikram Aliskerov in his bout with Robert Whittaker.

"It was an interesting situation because we had to look for a replacement in the main fight of the tournament in Saudi Arabia, which will take place already next week. But we managed to find a replacement in Ikram Aliskerov, who has a 15-1 record and was coming off a loss to Hamzat Chimaev last time out. Everyone in the division refused to fight him, except Robert Whittaker. I am very pleased with the replacement in the person of Ikram," - quotes the UFC president Sports Business Journal.
