Ryan Bader, the current Bellator heavyweight champion, has announced that he is putting his mixed martial arts career on pause. This is due to the fact that the fighter will be taking part in a movie shoot with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
"Putting MMA on pause and going to Vancouver for about three months. Glad to be a part of this incredible project led by Benny Safdie. Gotta give proper credit to legends Mark Kerr and Mark Coleman and all the ups and downs that follow us in this crazy sport," Bader wrote.
Recall, at the moment Johnson is taking part in the filming of the movie "Crashing Machine" about former UFC fighter Mark Kerr.
