"I thought Fury would be a very serious test for Usyk, but it turned out quite the opposite — it was Oleksandr who put Tyson through a real test of endurance. Usyk is the king of boxing. And twice over," Briedis stated in a recent edition on his YouTube channel.

According to Mairis, the secret to Usyk's success lies in his exceptional dedication during preparation and his ability to control the fight even in the most difficult moments:

"Usyk always prepares for his opponent at 300%. In the first fight he simply destroys the opponent. In the rematch he sometimes slightly slows down the pace — and the fight looks more even. But as a true seasoned master, he always keeps a few powerful punches in reserve for the right moment."

Briedis emphasized that such tactics and mental resilience allow Oleksandr to dominate even the most bulky and dangerous heavyweights on the planet.

Let's recall that Usyk defeated Fury twice: in the first fight by split decision, and in the second by unanimous decision.
