Jake Paul is looking for his next boxing opponent after beating former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr last month. The YouTuber-turned-boxer won by unanimous decision and now wants to face even bigger names.

Two former heavyweight champions are on Paul's radar: Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder. Joshua, the ex-unified heavyweight king, seems open to the idea. Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh even claims Paul has agreed to fight Joshua.

Wilder, known as "The Bronze Bomber," recently got back to winning ways. He stopped Tyrrell Herndon after losing four of his last five fights. With 43 knockouts to his name, Wilder's power is legendary.

Malik Scott, Wilder's former trainer, shared some interesting news about a potential Paul-Wilder matchup. He ran into Jake Paul's business partner, Nakisa Bidarian, in New York during the Katie Taylor fight.

"Jake is dead serious about the Deontay Wilder fight. I've been in New York for the Katie Taylor fight and I just met Jake Paul's partner [Nakisa Bidarian], literally three minutes ago. And the first thing he said was, 'we're interested in the Deontay Wilder fight'. He asked me, 'what do I think of it?' They're just so serious. Some of the things that he said confidently to me, really makes you know that they're not fake confident, they really are confident [in defeating Wilder]."

Scott seemed surprised by their interest. He added:

"We're talking about Jake in the ring with Deontay Wilder, it just makes no sense at all. But unfortunately Jake Paul is a big money guy in the sport of boxing right now."

Most fight fans still think Wilder would be too much for Paul. But Paul's team believes timing is key to their success. They're confident they can pull off an upset.

Paul, nicknamed "The Problem Child," has become a big draw in boxing. He's expected to fight again before the year ends. We'll soon find out who he picks as his next opponent.
